Summary:
- Electron transport through nanostructured tunnel diodes.
- Analysis of nanostructured surfaces by Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Scanning Tunneling Microscopy (STM) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).
- Nanolithography with AFM and electron beam exposure.
- Photoluminescence- and transmission spectroscopy of nanostructured semiconductors.
- X-ray diffraction on nanostructures
For every experiment you should plan approx. 1 week for preparation and 1 week for evaluation. The experimental procedure needs approx. 1 - 1,5 days.
